details and e-catalogue in it .
2. Ask：How long did you make our orders ?
Answer：The delivery time is depending on the quantity , generally speaking,
our delivery time is no more than one month .
3. Ask：Can you arrange shipment for us ?
Answer：Yes ,we have our own forwarder , the port of loading is Shanghai port
or Ningbo port , after you place order to us , what you do is that waiting the
goods to arrive in your destination port , we can book ship for you and buy insurance
.
4. Ask：How do we know your product quality ?
Answer：Before you place order to us , we can send you samples for your confirmation
, the sample is free for you , but you need to pay the air shipping cost for
the samples .
5. Ask：Your MOQ is ?
Answer：If you just need the regular products , we have many regular
products in stock , then the MOQ is 5 pcs , if you need the customized products
, we do not have them in stock , the MOQ is 20 pcs .
6. Ask：How do you package the products ?
Answer：Inner case is carton, outside package is plywood case , if you need
customized package , it is also ok .
7. Ask：Can you customize the products ?
Answer：Yes , we can customize , but you need to give us product drawing or
samples .
8. Ask：How long is the guarantee period ?
Answer：12 months after the goods arrive in customer’s place .
9. Ask：Do you have material test certificate ?
Answer：Yes , we can provide the MTC(material test certificate) when the
goods are finished , our products are 100% tesing , not only test several
pieces .
10. Ask：If we find the quality is bad when we receive the goods , how can I
do ?
Answer：It is easy , you just tell us which products have quality problems , then provide us the pictures and videos , after confirm the products are really bad quality , then we will send new products for customers , the customers do not need to send the unqualified products to us .
11. Ask：What is the payment terms ?
Answer：20%-30% advanced payment before production, the balance is before shipment , or 100% L/C at sight . For other payment terms , we can discuss .
12. Ask: What payment method you have ?
Answer: We accept bank transfer by TT , 100% L/C at sight, credit card , PayPal and so on .
13. When will I receive my items after I place an order?
Answer: The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method used. If the package cannot be delivered on time due to war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, or any other situation which cannot be foreseen or avoided, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, we will work on the issue until there is a positive solution.
14.Ask: If Customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for them?
Answer: Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties. We do not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.
